Regulations 2014

The Local Government Pension Scheme (Transitional Provisions, Savings and Amendment) Regulations 2014 provide transitional protections and savings provisions associated with the introduction of the 2014 Career Average Revalued Earnings (CARE) Scheme, including provisions relating to final salary benefits and member protections.

Regulations 2026

The Local Government Pension Scheme (Pooling, Management and Investment of Funds) Regulations 2026 establish the framework for the pooling, management and investment of LGPS fund assets, including requirements relating to asset pooling, investment strategy and governance.
